Payment and Cancellation
- If cancellation is done 3 weeks or more ( 21 days or more ) prior to the date of stay, we can give an
alternative date based on the availability of rooms for the new dates. - The new dates would be based on the WPE management decision based on
season etc. This is valid within 45 days from cancellation date. - If cancellation is done within 18-21 days prior -50% reimbursement of the 3
amount of the stay will be done - Cancellations between 17 days to 10 days prior will get a reimbursement of 10%
of the total stay amount. - 9 Days and prior no cancellation refund would happen.
In some cases, a deposit will be charged prior to your arrival at the hotel. Guarantee policies vary by hotel. If the hotel where you are staying requires a credit card deposit, your credit card will be charged as soon as the hotel can process it.

Check in at 1.15 pm check out at 11 am. Early check in is subject to room avaliability. There will be a basic early check in fee for morning check Ins. If you have a early morning arrival you can wait at the property and use the common washroom and even go and visit some of the spots around the estate like the waterfall, mandalpati hills etc and get back during the check in time.
