- If cancellation is done 24 days prior to the date of stay, we can give an alternative date based on the availability of rooms for the new dates.
- The new dates would be based
on the WPE management decision based on season etc. This is valid within 45 days from cancellation date. - If cancellation is done within 18-23 days prior -50% reimbursement of the total amount of the stay will be done, basis 100% receipt of booking amount.(Example if the stay cost is 10,000 and the same is paid as an advance 5000 will be reimbursed. Example2: In the same scenario if 5000 has been paid, there will be no reimbursement)
- Cancellations between 17 days to 10 days prior will get a
reimbursement of 10% of the total stay amount. - If cancellations is done 9 days to – 0 days no reimbursement will be done.
