Cancellation Policy

  1. If cancellation is done 24 days prior to the date of stay, we can give an alternative date based on the availability of rooms for the new dates.
  2. The new dates would be based
    on the WPE management decision based on season etc. This is valid within 45 days from cancellation date.
  3. If cancellation is done within 18-23 days prior -50% reimbursement of the total amount of the stay will be done, basis 100% receipt of booking amount.(Example if the stay cost is 10,000 and the same is paid as an advance 5000 will be reimbursed. Example2: In the same scenario if 5000 has been paid, there will be no reimbursement)
  4. Cancellations between 17 days to 10 days prior will get a
    reimbursement of 10% of the total stay amount.
  5. If cancellations is done 9 days to – 0 days no reimbursement will be done.
